Ground Pros Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth in the Chicagoland market. You will build relationships with commercial properties, identify opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to deliver proposals and contracts.

The role emphasizes prospecting, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and long-term company success.

• Build and manage a prioritized target market and maintain CRM data.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and meetings.
• Coordinate with Estimator for property takeoffs and proposal development; manage pipeline and next steps.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals; guide clients through scope, pricing, negotiation and contracts.
• Lead post-sale handoff to Operations and Account Manager; participate in client kickoff.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly pipeline reviews with leadership.
