Job summary

Henkel Corporation in the United States is seeking a skilled technical contributor for its Adhesive Technologies unit in North America. You will drive market and application initiatives, lead cross-functional teams and deploy technical strategies across customers and products.

In this role, you’ll manage lab equipment, ensure safety protocols, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations to launch new applications and support KPI targets across NES, GP, and ROS.

Responsibilities

• Significant technical contributor to market and application initiatives.
• Direct and deploy cross functional team to execute technical strategy at customer, including product launches, complaint management, and new application development.
• Lead technically driven PD and innovation projects for key portfolio gaps with KPI applications and markets.
• Develop necessary of technical capability standards and methods for markets and applications new to Henkel.
• Own North American sourced projects and direct appropriate global team for cross regional development and commercialization.
• Along with Product Development and Partner Applications Engineer, the role will require management and maintenance of laboratory equipment as well as all onsite safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide direct AE support to proactively drive growth.
• Identify and address unmet needs at Key Accounts and Regional/Inside Sales accounts with Sales.
• Provide direct AE support to drive growth at new opportunities arising from Web site inquiries, cold calls, etc.
• Participate in regular review of new development projects in pipeline, ensure timeliness of AE workstreams for related customer/market projects.
