Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial banking (credit structuring & analysis, sales functions, risk assessment)
• Minimum 5 years working in Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis (preferred)
• 1 year Leadership Experience required
• Excellent knowledge of commercial loan and deposit documentation
• Ability to manage workflow and competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with Regional Sales Executive, Commercial Sales Leaders, and Relationship Managers on in market sales strategy and support.
• Give direction and drive accountability for results for Commercial Analysts.
• Ensure use of systems to ensure client service while managing risk and value-added servicing.
• Monitor and Audit Commercial Analyst workflow in adherence to process and procedures.
• Monitor and Review Commercial Analyst outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Hire, onboard and train new Commercial Analysts to ensure credit acumen.
• Conduct regular performance coaching and annual reviews.
• Partner with BGPM and HR for ongoing CA skill assessments and training.
• Serve as central point of contact for CA day-to-day responsibilities.
