Job summary

Orkin, a Rollins, Inc. company, is seeking an Account Manager in Bloomington, IN. You will oversee commercial accounts, perform on-site inspections, identify client needs, and design service plans delivering results.

With 120+ years of pest control expertise, you’ll use Orkin’s tools and support to grow relationships, meet sales goals, and provide peace of mind to protect property and reputation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to obtain pesticide license within 90 days with company support.
• Able to safely use ladders and access crawl spaces; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility and long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and expanding accounts within territory.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections; full paid training provided.
• Deliver presentations that highlight Orkin’s value and close business.
• Serve as main contact for accounts to strengthen retention and partnerships.
• Use company-provided iPad to prepare proposals, organize day, and manage pipeline.
• Prioritize safety on every visit and protect customers and their property.
