Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to lead business development, grow existing commercial accounts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role rewards a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building, opportunity identification, and closing deals.

With a proven track record in B2B sales, you will conduct facility inspections, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic sales activities.
• Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Present customized solutions that address customer needs and protect their business.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately track activities within company systems.
• Participate in local business organizations and community events to increase market presence.
