Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring a customer service professional to differentiate service on commercial accounts. The role supports a portfolio of customer accounts within a team, handling inquiries by phone and email and coordinating service, logistics, and after-sales activities to meet SLAs.

You will liaise with field operations, account leaders, and customer experience teams to maintain strong client relations and drive growth across national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective problem solving and time management.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Assist with coordinating service, maintenance requests, logistics, and after-sales service to meet SLAs.
• Liaise between field operations and customers for scheduling, work orders, billing and escalations.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations through timely, accurate service.
• Collaborate with account leaders and customer experience specialists to drive customer growth.
