Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is a Lennox International company providing commercial HVAC maintenance and service across the United States. This field technician position performs on-site installation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems for commercial customers, with competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

Expect to work in a team-oriented environment, adhere to safety protocols, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2–6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose, service, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends/nights and travel occasionally.
• NATE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
• Handle basic problems and refer complex issues to senior techs.
• Use experience and skills to determine service requirements.
• Advise management on inspections performed and actions needed.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety practices on a daily basis.
