Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring a Customer Account Specialist in Fort Lauderdale to manage key client relationships and support revenue growth. You will handle requests, prepare proposals, and use CRM tools to track quotes and orders.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Some travel is required as part of providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years related experience in customer service or account management.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients to increase revenue.
• Under minimal supervision, handles incoming customer requests and fulfills customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitors open orders to ensure prompt completion.
• Prepares and provides pricing proposals for new services.
• Reviews and troubleshoots customer problems and initiates standard action with field service as guided by contract.
• Uses CRM for tracking, information gathering, and reporting.
• Supports lower level staff on non-standard issues; refers unusual situations to higher authority.
• May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.
• Customer support is the primary function, with minimal selling.
• Creates and manages daily customer quotations; follows up on quotes and updates CRM.
• Assists in credit and collection activities.
• Provides reports to show data for account growth opportunities.
• Some travel required.
