Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive up-market opportunities within assigned accounts and new logos, focusing on the Manufacturing and Retail sectors. You will build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders, align with business objectives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling value propositions.

You will engage with existing customers and new leads, develop long-term account plans, and lead efforts to grow the Salesforce Customer

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of full cycle sales experience.
• Experience managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and/or focusing on new logo accounts (Hunter role).
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
• Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
• Competencies evaluated include leadership roles, military or volunteer experience, and other work experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
