Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Commerce Strategy to lead the day-to-day commerce relationship and growth for key client businesses. You will turn raw retail and advertising data into decisions and growth plans in a fast-changing environment.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, influence senior stakeholders, and utilize Amazon ecosystem capabilities to shape campaigns, pricing, inventory and launches, while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commerce, retail media, or related consulting with proven results.
• Strong analytical skills to translate raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and managing client relationships.
• Prominent experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly client interactions and lead growth plans.
• Design ad and promotion strategies across Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP.
• Align advertising with retail fundamentals: pricing, promotions, inventory, catalog health.
• Create and present monthly/quarterly business reviews linking ad/retail performance to outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and onboard new clients/vendors.
• Use AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, and reporting.
