Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr Manager, Commerce Strategy to lead the day-to-day commerce relationship and growth for key client accounts. You will turn raw retail and advertising data into strategic decisions, build growth plans and own high-impact client reviews.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize Amazon ecosystems and other retail networks, guiding budget and inventory planning while mentoring junior colleagues in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commerce, retail media, retail operations or business management/consulting.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Experience with promotion planning, pricing, inventory management and retailer negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commerce strategy for accounts, build growth plans and product launch plans.
• Design ad strategy with activation teams across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP.
• Connect advertising to retail fundamentals including pricing, promotions and inventory health.
• Lead client interactions, present performance details and enable next steps.
• Create monthly and quarterly business reviews tying advertising and retail performance to client outcomes.
