Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Commerce Search Manager to lead client ecommerce initiatives and optimize Amazon growth. You will supervise a team, shape strategy, and deliver actionable insights across AMS/AMG and related channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in marketing, advertising, business, or related fields.
• 2+ years of media management experience with emphasis on Commerce platforms.
• 1+ years hands-on experience managing and optimizing Commerce-based media buys.
• Experience with Amazon and Walmart.
• Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily workflow of all Commerce campaigns, including proposal development and post-buy recaps.
• Oversee Amazon Marketing Services Paid Search and AMG services and related advertising.
• Become a Commerce subject matter expert for internal and external participants.
• Collaborate to build end-to-end ecommerce strategy and plans for the client.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance reporting.
