Job summary

Starcom, a leading standalone media agency, seeks an Associate Director to drive Amazon strategy and growth for major clients. You will master AMS Paid Search and AMG services, educate teams, and lead cross‑functional initiatives across ecommerce channels to optimize performance and deliver transformative business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• eCommerce media buying and planning experience is required.
• Experience with AMS Paid Search/Sponsored Product Listings and AMG services.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the client’s strategy and growth of AMS Paid Search and AMG services.
• Become a subject matter expert and educate teams and clients of the eCommerce retail environment.
• Build end-to-end ecommerce strategy and plans for the client.
• Assist internal teams within the Commerce practice in growing each client’s business.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide insight and recommendations.
• Develop, manage, and monitor client service delivery executions of the assigned accounts.
• Oversee process development and execution management.
• Assures quality control of all media planning and implementation.
• Ensure best practices are in place.
• Prepare and present annual financial and staffing plans.
