Job summary

Monks is seeking an executive leader for its commerce & retail practice to define strategy, scale modern retail capabilities, and build unified solutions that connect media performance to transactions.

You will lead a high-impact Data & Analytics team, collaborate with Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other RMNs in the US and Canada, and drive multi-million dollar investments across marketplaces while steering DTC transformations.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in digital commerce, retail media, or eCommerce consulting.
Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams across retail media, media buying, client services, and strategic consulting.
Proven track record building or advising on JBPs and partnering with major retail platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead Monks commerce strategy and scale modern retail capabilities.
Oversee demand generation to connect media performance to transactions across major networks.
Expand creator commerce footprint by unifying social, influencer, and affiliate marketing.
Represent Monks at industry events and senior client forums.
