Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in business or wholesale distribution
• 9 years experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Four-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans to support the Comm Data market in the assigned territory
• Implement sales management processes and coach district sales staff
• Evaluate industry trends and identify opportunities/threats in the territory
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
• Lead recruiting, staffing and performance management in Comm Data
