Graybar Electric Company is seeking a sales leadership professional to manage the Comm Data market within the Des Moines territory. The role involves developing business plans, coordinating with sales teams, and achieving annual sales and gross margin goals.

You will evaluate market trends, build relationships with key customers and suppliers, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service. The position may require using a personal vehicle and offers competitive compensation with bonus

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in business or wholesale distribution
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Oral and written communication and presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Develop business plans to support the Comm Data market within the territory
• Collaborate with sales staff to implement district plans
• Establish annual sales and gross margin targets for district reps
• Evaluate industry trends and identify opportunities/threats
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to retain profitable business
• Oversee recruiting, staffing, development and performance within Comm Data
• Support training tools and programs to grow the business
