Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the COM department and contractor relations.
• Develops scopes of work.
• Creates or approves Purchase Orders per policy.
• Ensure vendors meet insurance requirements before work.
• Schedules internal and contracted work for COM.
• Utilize Yardi to schedule and track COM activity.
• Review reports for data accuracy against policy.
• Identify inefficiencies in the COM process and improve timelines.
