Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned COM Manager to oversee Change of Occupancy Maintenance operations across properties. You will enter data in the Yardi/COM Scheduler, schedule internal and contracted work, and coordinate with property management to ensure timely move-ins and move-outs.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, creating purchase orders, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while meeting financial and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years in building maintenance and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Yardi/COM Scheduler and MS Office suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to negotiate trade contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines and budget goals.

Responsabilités

• Leads and manages the COM department and vendor contracts.
• Develops scopes of work and creates purchase orders per policy.
• Ensures vendors meet insurance requirements and timeliness of work.
• Schedules internal and contracted work and tracks status in Yardi/COM Scheduler.
• Reviews reports for data accuracy and coordinates with management on timelines.
• Identifies inefficiencies and supports achievement of performance metrics.
