Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a COM Manager in Bossier City, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Change of Occupancy Maintenance process. This includes managing departmental functions, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and coordinating with contractors and the property management team.

The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, along with 4-6 years of building maintenance experience and supervisory capabilities. Strong communication and organization skills, as well as proficiency in property management software, are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in building maintenance required.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience required.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, goals, and problem-solve.
• Strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop comprehensive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the HMC COM department functions.
• Ensures timely payment of HMC contractors.
• Utilizes Yardi software to schedule and track COM process.
• Identifies inefficiencies in the COM process.
