The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and reliable transportation. The role offers a base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 annually along with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative style.
• Ability to travel locally for meetings with referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration.
• Manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Lead meetings with patients and providers to address treatment barriers.
