Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Columbus, OH. The position covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems with mentorship from experienced engineers.

You will join a large engineering team and contribute to safe, efficient facility operations. The role requires US citizenship, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or hands-on maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Experience with CMMS documentation and building systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Slack, and email.

Mansioni

• Perform routine light maintenance including filter changes, lighting replacements, inspections, furniture assembly, and general building upkeep.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with standard troubleshooting.
• Carry out interior/exterior carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and basic electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Assist HVAC maintenance and support the engineering team to keep climate control systems operational.
• Complete work orders in CMMS and document services for reporting.
