Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on-call for emergencies as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist the Service Manager with maintenance requests and inventory control.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and ensure cleanliness at all times.
• Be flexible to transfer to another property if needed and cooperate with team.
