Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician for the Downtown Columbus multi-site role. You will perform make-ready repairs to vacant units prior to move-in, with HVAC certification preferred and on-call responsibilities as scheduled by the Service Manager.

The position involves night/weekend work, on-call duties, and collaboration with Property Management and grounds staff to ensure timely, quality maintenance across properties in downtown Columbus.

Qualifications

• HVAC skills required, CFC certification preferred
• Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills desirable
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations
• 608 refrigerant certification preferred but not required; training available

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner
• Respond to on-call paging as scheduled by the Service Manager
• Assist the Service Manager, Housekeeper, Grounds staff as needed
• Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies
• Inspect properties for improvements and coordinate with the Service Manager
• Process work orders and complete same-day fulfillment when possible
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
