Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support on-site operations in the Cleveland, OH area. The role covers maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment, with duties ranging from lighting maintenance to building system repairs.

The successful candidate will assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Controls Technicians, participate in routine upkeep, safety compliance, and emergency on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• General interior maintenance - HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.).
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
• This position requires the employee to be on call for after-hours emergencies.
• Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials.
