Job summary

You will assist the team with general maintenance, complete work orders in CMMS, and help keep equipment and spaces clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Trade school or military training preferred; HS diploma required.
• Comfort with manual tasks and basic safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering with maintenance and repair of building systems.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Complete work orders in CMMS and keep records up to date.
• Maintain tools and supplies in clean, safe condition.
• On-site presence required and respond to urgent tasks as needed.
