Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring an Electrician to perform skilled electrical maintenance and troubleshooting across critical building systems at an on-site facility in Columbus, OH. A strong hospitality mindset and collaboration with diverse stakeholders will be essential as you maintain safe, reliable electrical infrastructure in line with JLL standards.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on panels, MCCs, transformers, lighting, and BAS/BMS components, plus

Qualifications

• Licensed journeyman electrician with industrial experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams and blueprints.
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems up to 480V.
• Install, repair and maintain conduit, wiring, outlets, switches, motors and controls.
• Troubleshoot faults using diagnoses tools and drawings.
• Support electrical needs for HVAC/R and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain compliance with NFPA 70, NEC and site safety procedures.
