Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for on-site duties in Ashland, OH. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and report conditions impacting occupancy.

You will collaborate with engineers to ensure building performance and tenant satisfaction. The role requires strong safety awareness, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and experience with CMMS systems.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated competency with inspection, maintenance and repair activities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete required safety trainings and comply with safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Update work orders in real time using CMMS (Corrigo) and coordinate with engineers.
