Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, two years of trades schooling in electrical/HVAC, a Universal Technician for CFCs, and 2+ years in a commercial/industrial setting.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and a valid driver's license are required.
• High School diploma or GED with two years of trades schooling in electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience in commercial/industrial maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• 1+ years using CMMS/PM software and Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems equipment.
• Analyze complex system issues using BAS, blueprints, and schematics to identify root causes.
• Implement preventive maintenance for HVACR and chiller systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems; manage building tasks.
• Perform start-up procedures for fire pumps, boilers, elevators, and compressors.
