You will work with billing, estimating, and warehouse teams to streamline service delivery. Responsibilities include daily dispatch, processing job details, and supporting the billing process while maintaining professional interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with dispatch or high-volume administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for customer job sites and finalize job details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Maintain technician schedules and align tickets with materials, billing, and voided tickets.
• Prepare and review department reports to meet customer expectations and commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets and provide service dates.
• Collaborate with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists for inventory.
