Job summary

DH Pace Company seeks a Department Coordinator to oversee dispatching and scheduling for field technicians in Columbus, OH. You will coordinate service tickets, support billing and estimates, and ensure timely delivery of services to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a dispatch or other high-volume administration field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Good time management, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize job details for processing.
• Ensure customer COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technicians’ schedules and align tickets for materials, billing and closes.
• Run and manage department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meeting customer billing requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Work with estimating team to provide service quotes as needed.
• Assist field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists.
