Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to join our Columbia, MO office. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure PCs, laptops, VMs, and mobile devices, and provide timely support across phone, chat, and email to keep users productive.

You’ll work with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365, delivering accurate solutions. This role requires 1–3 years of experience and an associate degree or IT certifications, with occasional travel and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of help desk experience with technical training or IT certifications.
• Proficiency in Windows 11, macOS, iOS and Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Excellent written and oral communication and strong time/ project management.
• Ability to quickly learn and support changing applications and systems; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel for off-site meetings and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and creative solutions to hardware and software issues to maintain maximum productivity.
• Configure new and existing PCs, laptops, virtual machines, and mobile devices following established Mobility Global processes and procedures.
• Install, update, and manage software using the internal IT tech stack.
• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via phone, internal ticketing system, in-person visits, chat, and email in a timely manner.
• Build, test, and deploy software packages to workstations and laptops using desktop management tools.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies to provide technically accurate solutions.
