Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Specialist I to support hardware and software across PCs, laptops, VMs, and mobile devices in our Columbia, MO office. You will configure devices, deploy software, and resolve inquiries via multiple channels with a focus on productivity.

The role requires 1–3 years of help desk work, relevant IT certifications or an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of help desk experience with technical training or an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities; able to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and creative solutions to user hardware and software issues to maintain maximum productivity.
• Configure new and existing PCs, laptops, VMs, and mobile devices per Mobility Global procedures.
• Install, update, and manage software using the internal IT tech stack.
• Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries via phone, ticketing system, chat, and email promptly.
• Build, test, and deploy software packages to workstations and laptops using desktop management tools.
