Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking a Shift Leader in Colorado Springs to oversee operations and guest experience on the assigned shift, directing the store team to deliver high-quality products and friendly service.

You will coach Crew Members, assign roles, and ensure performance, safety, and cleanliness standards while controlling costs and maintaining brand guidelines. This role offers growth within a dynamic Dunkin’ environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

• Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback to correct deficiencies or reward success.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests’ needs and uphold service standards.
• Monitor performance to ensure quality, service and cleanliness during shift.
• Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Control labor and food costs, cash handling, and inventory during shift.
