Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader in Colorado. You will lead crew, supervise product prep, and ensure a great guest experience during your shift while coaching team members and managing costs.

The role requires English fluency, supervisory experience, and a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Physical duties include lifting and movement associated with busy restaurant shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.

• Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and lead crew during shift.
• Oversee preparation of products to quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise service and guest experience during the shift.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members.
• Assign crew positions, set shift expectations, motivate team members and provide timely feedback.
• Drive labor and food cost control throughout shift.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness and restaurant policies.
• Report equipment issues to General Manager.
