Job summary

Empower Schools seeks an Associate to support local- and state-level projects applying innovative solutions to meet students' needs, primarily in Colorado. You will cultivate partnerships, design and implement projects, and join our movement to improve outcomes for underserved students.

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of work experience in a relevant field or role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build successful relationships with partners, external organizations, policymakers, and education leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of partnerships in collaboration with many stakeholders.
• Create project plans and adjust along the way.
• Communicate project milestones and progress to teammates and partners.
