Qualifications

• Entry level experience in any customer service or retail sales environment; salon or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with Madison Reed values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing and conditioning, styling, blowouts, and color-related services per guest request.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals, including retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security of the Hair Color Bar.
• Adhere to Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
