Job summary

Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Assistant is in training to become a Licensed Colorist, supporting colorists and the shift lead to deliver guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will learn consultations, hair care product knowledge, shampooing, blowouts, and service add-ons while maintaining a clean, organized environment and fostering teamwork.

Eligible applicants can earn $29–$31 per hour at this location, with base pay, commissions, and tips.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• Entry level customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and people skills.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed colorists and shift lead to deliver guest services.
• Perform shampooing, conditioning, styling and add-on services as requested.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals including retail and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising and inventory at the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed protocols and procedures to support team.
