It combines color bar tasks, product knowledge, and sales activities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers base hourly pay with commissions and tips, with potential earnings of $25–$26 per hour at this location.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales, salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems and handling guests professionally.
• Fluency in English and the ability to engage guests in a retail/salon setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed colorists and lead staff to deliver guest care from arrival to departure.
• Support consultations, product knowledge, shampooing, conditioning, and basic services.
• Help drive sales through memberships, retail, and service add-ons.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, merchandising, and adherence to policies.
• Engage guests, learn color theory concepts, and train toward licensed colorist progression.
