Madison Reed is seeking a Hair Color Bar Assistant who will support licensed colorists and leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. The role focuses on consultations, hair care products, shampooing, conditioning, and assisting with services while learning to advance toward becoming a Licensed Colorist.

This position offers base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with compensation ranging from $28.50 to $29.50 per hour for this location.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state where applying is required.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales; salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with brand values.
• Assist in finishing services, shampooing, conditioning, styling and add-on services per guest request.
• Help achieve monthly sales goals including retail, services, memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security at the Hair Color Bar.
• Follow Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
