Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs, while communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and basic computer skills, with a willingness to complete I-CAR training and hold a valid driver’s license. Compensation is commensurate with location and performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP's with minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Provide support to team members as needed.

Skills

Knowledge of Repairs & OE Guidelines

Basic Computer Skills
