Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and maintain clear communication with customers and insurers.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, at least 1 year in collision repair, and a valid driver’s license. I-CAR training is a plus, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits through the company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in collision repair.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with details and update records promptly.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process and ensuring excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, DRP processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team and attend required meetings.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance and upholdingWOW Operating Way guidelines.
