Job summary

Crash Champions in Pittsburgh is hiring for a customer-focused role in our fast-growing collision repair network. Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures and rights while guiding the vehicle through every stage of the repair.

You will prepare initial and final estimates, manage the repair, perform in-process QC, and keep customers updated with transparent communication. Experience with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems including CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork, ensuring carrier requirements are met.
