Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to create accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinate customer repair needs from start to finish. You will document all customer interactions, communicate with insurance adjusters, and ensure adherence to WOW operating standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and basic computer skills. You will participate in daily production walks, safety meetings, and ongoing training to support the team and deliver top-tier customer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs processes and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and workflow tracking.
• Ability to locate information and answer questions efficiently.
• Familiarity with DRP procedures and repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with accurate details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure outstanding service.
• Ensure insurance requirements and metrics are met.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Attend monthly health & safety meetings and trainings as required.
• Support team members and communicate customer needs to the right departments.
• Complete required I-CAR training and maintain license requirements.
