Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator to create accurate repair estimates and coordinate repair plans for customers and insurers. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure alignment with all team members to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and a minimum of 1 year in collision repair estimating. A valid driver’s license is required and I-CAR training may be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with DRP processes.
• 1+ year experience in collision repair estimating.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW operating procedures.
• Conduct daily production practices and participate in team meetings as needed.
