Job summary

Crash Champions is actively seeking a detail-oriented Collision Repair Coordinator to educate customers on the repair process, manage estimates, and oversee repairs from start to finish. You will work closely with insurance partners and body technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex), and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced shop environment. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Experience with insurance processes and estimating systems (CCC One preferred).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, write after full evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage repairs and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed of status and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
