Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document vehicle damage, communicate with customers and insurers, and work with team members to achieve KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, plus a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Training, safety, and ongoing education are offered as part of the WOW program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate repair planning and communicate with customers and teams.
• Participate in production walks and support team members as needed.
• Uphold core values: honesty, integrity and respect.
• Assist with monthly health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
