Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document interactions, communicate clearly, and support the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and familiarity with DRP and insurance procedures. Training and safety participation are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• Basic computer skills to document and track repairs.
• Compliance for DRP’s and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
