Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a service-oriented role to document customer interactions, guide clients through the repair process, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements. You will support the management team, participate in production walks, and uphold our core values in a fast-paced collision center environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training, with opportunities for growth within The Boyd Group network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s (minimum 1 year experience).
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Way standards.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold company values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
