Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Estimator/Coordinator to educate customers on repair and insurance processes, prepare estimates, and manage each repair from start to finish. You will coordinate with body technicians, perform post-scanning checks, and ensure quality control throughout the repair workflow.

Responsibilities include communicating vehicle status, aligning with carrier requirements, and closing out final orders with accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills essential for client interaction.
• Organization and multi-tasking capabilities to handle cases.
• Strong time management for deadlines and workflows.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment in repair processes.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with fast-paced environments and workflows.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems used in shops.
• Proficiency in CCC One preferred.
• Proficiency in Mitchell & Audatex optional.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair, insurance procedures, rights and safety.
• Complete initial estimates and write full estimates after evaluation.
• Lock final estimates and manage each repair throughout the process.
• Perform in-process quality control to meet Crash Champions standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and progress.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians.
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in repair.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
• Address exceptions and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.
