Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled estimator/coordinator to educate customers on repair processes, guide them through insurance procedures, and manage the repair workflow from initial assessment to final delivery. You will perform in-process QC, pull data with body technicians, and ensure carrier requirements are met while maintaining proactive communication with customers throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems.
• CCC One knowledge preferred.
• Mitchell & Audatex knowledge.
• Certifications may be considered in compensation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
• Complete initial estimates
• Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
• Lock final estimates
• Manage each repair throughout the process
• Perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions' standards
• Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
• Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
• Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order
• Handle disbursement paperwork
• Address exceptions in the file
• Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
